Weighing in at 47kg and powered by a 1hp induction motor the BDS250 really packs a punch. Featuring a 254mm disc and a 150mm wide belt.

Weighing in at 47kg and powered by a 1hp induction motor the BDS250 really packs a punch yet is also capable of fine and delicate work. The disc sander is a generous 254mm diameter, with self adhesive discs for simple and easy changing. The table is solid cast iron with a finely ground finish and can be tilted to produce bevels and is fitted with mitre slot and fence.

The belt sander is 150mm wide and the working surface is 420mm long. Sanding can be achieved on the upper surface of the belt against the supporting fence whilst horizontal or it can be raised to an upright vertical position and worked from a side fence. The drum at the front can be used for sanding or creating shapes.

Please note for illustration purposes the BDS250 is shown fitted with the optional BDS250A Leg stand, this is not included with the standard product.
